Check up

Know what safety checks you need to make on the car

Belt up

Know what the regulations are regarding seatbelts

Slow up

Drive within the speed limits do not exceed them even when overtaking

Shut up

Put your phone on silent mode do not use when driving never use it when driving

Wake up

When driving always try to have a rest break about every 2 hours.

Look up

Look up and about for all people on Bikes, Horses, and on Foot

Move up

Make sure your head rest is moved up to support your neck should you be involved in an accident

Sharpen up

Make sure your eyesight is sharp. Always wear your Glasses or Contact Lenses if they have been prescribed you.

Back up

Keep a safe distance between you & the vehicle in front of you.  Remember to take into account the road conditions and weather.

Sober up

"Say No" to Alcohol or drugs as they affect your ability to drive.

Wise up

If its night, bright, or bad weather go slower and drive to the conditions.

Buck up

Calm yourself before driving if you are stressed, angry or excited.
