Being a Driving Instructor it’s a pleasure to meet people of different ages and backgrounds with the shared goal of learning a new life skill and becoming a safe and confident driver. It’s a privilege to share this special experience with our students. To see the excitement they have on their first lesson, the feeling of accomplishment as they start to control the car independently and finally the sense of achievement when they pass their driving test. Driving brings a whole new world of opportunities and independence.

This inspires us to support a unique driving charity called Speed Of Sight who provide driving experiences, like no other, for disabled people who have either lost their licence or will never be able to get one due to the nature of their disability. These driving experiences motivate, inspire and give confidence to their participants enabling them to feel a similar sense of achievement to our able bodied Learners.

Our driving school understands the value of social responsibility within the community and want to give something back. We offer support to this wonderful charity in a number of ways from raising awareness, volunteering our services and being members of the Pass A Pound scheme.

Pass A Pound scheme

For every student passing their driving test, on the day we take a celebratory picture, share it across social media and make a nominal text donation between £1 and £10. We also invite our successful students to do the same, helping to give the gift of driving for those less able.
